**Axes**: objective, assumptions/data regime, compute, latency, robustness, eval metrics, reproducibility, implementation risk.

## Output

1) **Decision matrix** (table)

3) **Missing evidence** / what to fetch next (e.g., ask for `papi show <paper> --level tex`)
